We are raising money for the charity 'Unique' by climbing Snowdon!

Unique is a support group for parents and carers of children who have rare chromosome disorders.

 

"Our mission is to inform, support and alleviate the isolation of anyone affected by a rare chromosome disorder and to raise public awareness".

We have chosen this charity as a tribute to Rachel. Kirsty worked closely with Rachel for 5 years as her support worker and friend. She had a rare chromosome disorder which affected her in many different ways. However she was the most incredible little girl in the world with a huge personality and sense of fun! Sadly she passed away this summer following an operation. We would love to raise as much money as possible to support this amazing charity, so please donate what you can!
