Story

Hi I am Lily, I am eight years old and I would like to share something with you all. I am going to walk 26km on Sunday 26th April in support of Anxiety UK around South East London with my mum. Don't worry we will be social distancing! I chose to do this because my mum has anxiety and I don't want her to think anxiety is in charge of her and I don't want you to either. Anxiety might change how you feel sometimes but remember there is always someone to support you. My mum is brave, kind and she has been on so many adventures but she has anxiety and guess what that is not going to stop her. Love you mum xx
