I'm taking on the Aspire Channel Swim 2018, which involves swimming 22 miles over 12 weeks. In memory of my Grandad, Frederick John Hilton, I will be pushing myself to swim further than the 22 mile target. Every eight hours someone is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice, housing and grants that allow those affected to live their lives independently. This is a big challenge, but the more I raise, the greater difference I'll make, so please be generous!
