Oreyt folks!

I'm having another bash at the Leeds half Marathon (13 and a bit miles) soon and thought it would be a reyt idea to raise a few pennies for the Motor Neurone Disease Association while I'm at it. This charity is a proper worthwhile cause helping cure a disease that attacks the central nervous system that controls your muscles and buggers you up pretty fast!
