As you know on Saturday 1st October 2011 I am taking part in a 30m abseil in aid of Get ahead, Birmingham's only head and neck charity, to raise funds for the research and treatment of a range of diseases of the head and neck including cancer.

 

Details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
