We support people with Spinal Cord Injury to help them live full, independent lives

Story

What do you do when your daughter has an early twenties crisis? You sign up to swim further than you've ever swam before of course!

We're taking on the Aspire Channel Swim 2016, swimming the distance of the Channel over 12 weeks to raise money for Aspire. Every eight hours someone is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice, housing and grants that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently. This is a big challenge, but the more we raise, the more of a difference we'll make, so please be generous!

Please also bear in mind Kirsty got kicked out of swimming lessons and her breast stroke is pretty shoddy so we may be doing this for years.
