Story

A lot of people who know me will know that I don't live the healthiest lifestyle. I'm not the fittest and I don't take part in any sports but I do like a good challenge. Okay, the "challenges" I usually engage in generally involve slightly ambitious hair cuts!

So why climb Mount Kilimanjaro? I’ve found the perfect opportunity to raise a considerable, life-changing amount of money for a tremendous charity and at the same time accomplish something so great it will be the biggest achievement of my life so far. So why not?

Why Macmillan? The work that Macmillan does and the help they provide speaks for itself. In fact, it speaks volumes. This is a chance for me to help with the substantial cost of living with cancer whilst also making a big change to my life. I plan to dedicate the next 14 months getting myself mentally and physically prepared for this challenge and doing everything I can to reach my target of £4,300. It’s not going to be easy but it is going to be so worth it. There’s no doubt about that.

Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
