Blenheim Triathlon, 5 June 2016
The Miles Frost Fund aims to raise £1.5 million to help make genetic testing available to all families affected by the deadly heart condition hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Story

Miles Frost, Peter's business partner and close friend tragically died last summer aged 31 of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) which he had probably inherited from his father, Sir David Frost. The Frost family have set up a fund to raise money to ensure that genetic testing will be available nationwide.

At the beginning of June, with a team of Hall School mothers, I am taking part in a sprint triathlon at Blenheim - 750m open water swim followed by a 20km cycle and a 5km run!

Message from Peter - until this tri was on the horizon I'd never seen Kirsty run except for a spot of retail therapy...
