My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia 6 years ago and it has been heartbreaking for our family seeing our dad we know and love fade away. I have decided to take on the challenge of trekking 26 miles to raise money for the well deserving charity Alzheimer’s Society to help them make a difference, and I’m hoping you can help me.
