Story

The event: My Sight Nottinghamshire ‘Walk on Fire’ Firewalk at Nottingham Castle on Friday 4th November 2016!

I will be taking on the challenge to walk 20 feet of embers burning at over 800°F! This will involve a two hour firewalk workshop before hand on how to feel no pain! The firewalk itself will happen between 8.30 - 9pm.

Please come along to support and watch me take on this amazing challenge. All money raised including sponsorship for me to take on the firewalk challenge, will go to a good cause of supporting people with sight loss in the Nottinghamshire area with the work we do.

Gates open at 7pm, Alongside the Firewalk there will be an evening full of finest things Nottingham has to offer during this event, with live music from legendary local artists Fat Digester and the rising star that is Joseph Knight. Entertainment from ‘Fields of Fire’ fire performers, the Beat Feet Drummers and a revamped firework display as well as fantastic food and drink from the Castle Rock Brewery Bar, Johnny Pusztai’s Hog Roast & BBQ Unique, the Roaming Bistro and more, all set in the grounds of the iconic Nottingham Castle.
