I am thrilled to be supporting the East Anglian Air Ambulance for this challenge! As a running novice this will be my first half marathon, and with your support l hope to raise vital funds for this amazing charity.

Any funds raised will help to ensure that the helicopter crews can continue to be there for people in the most serious of medical emergencies, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and as part of a team of runners I will be taking part in the event to raise vital funds to ensure that the crew of the East Anglian Air Ambulance is able to be there for those in serious medical emergencies in East Anglia and beyond! 

The East Anglian Air Ambulance receives no regular government funding and relies entirely on the generous support of the community. Their crew's are tasked an average of 7 times a day across two bases, with each mission costing in the region of £3,750. They can reach anywhere in the region within 25 minutes when every second can make the difference to a patient in their time of need.
