Hi everyone,

Thanks for visiting our page.  As you know I work for Who Cares? Scotland.  We are supporting young people to do a charity trek in Nepal later this year.  This is a chance in a lifetime for everyone involved in this project.

Myself and a young person, David are working together to try and raise funds towards making this trek happen, we need to raise £2000 each.  The money raised will go towards the trip but will also help raise money for the organisation which in turn will help young people in care in Scotland. 

Who Cares? Scotland is working in partnership with Community Action Nepal. Some of  the money raised will go towards various supplies for the local people in Nepal, such as clean water, working toilets and school supplies.

I know it seems like an awful lot of money we have to raise however we have lots of fundraising ideas to put in place throughout the coming year.

We would really really appreciate it if you could show your support by donating some money.  It doesn't matter how much or how little it is we appreciate whatever you can give us.

Just think £1 doesn't get you very far on the bus however your pound is helping a young person travel thousands of miles to Nepal.
