Hi!

So - here I go again! This time I HAVEN'T RUN NEARLY ENOUGH and it's going to be slow. So, I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE you to sponsor me £2 to keep me on my toes.

And it's tomorrow!

I'm running for Lymington Lifeboats on their 10k route. A scenic route from Lymington to Keyhaven or thereabouts....and back again of course. Thinking the view will be distraction enough from the red and very hot face!
