As most of you know my Cousin Lewis sadly took his own life in April. Lewis suffered with BDP and was one of the strongest most caring people that you would ever come across. Lewis instilled a #PushThrough mentality into his family, friends and clients. And to be honest its the only thing carrying everyone through this hard time.

Sadly this isn't my families only  experience of mental health loss as  my older cousin James lost his life in 2018. 

As like many other people, Mental Health is around in many of our friends and Family. Although some are vocal about their struggles, most are facing a battle that no one else knows about. 

I signed up for this walk not realising how far it actually was or what I was getting myself into. Give me a sky dive any day haha. But I'm going to use Lew's push through attitude and hopefully raise some money in the process. 

We have lots of fundraising going on at the moment and I know a lot of my friends and family have already donated but please if you're in a position to donate please do. Not donation is too small.  

Mental Health and Suicide is around and it is becoming more and more common. Please help in raising as much awareness as possible and ending the stigma around Mental Health. Lets get our family, friends and strangers the help and support they so desperately need.

Lads please please speak out about your troubles. Speaking out certainly doesn't make you weak or less of a man and together we can end the stigma!!
