I am running in memory of ‘Dava’. One of my closest friends lost her brother Dava to suicide. He was an amazing person and has been so missed by so many. I’m running to raise money for ‘open door charity’. This is a progressive independent charity. At the heart of their service is free immediate creative therapeutic services for young adults feeling depressed, anxious or stressed. Helping young adults from 17-30 understand their mind with training skills, tools and techniques to support and help them now and in the future.
