Cancer Connections are an amazing charity who helps those and there families affected by cancer. they do not recieve any governmant funding so they really do need donations.. every penny really does count as they recieve 100% of donations.. i am doing a 24 hour relay walk in june in aid of the charity and to help raise money!

I am also doing the relay in memory of my late Grandmother who lost her battle with the awful desiese is march of 2010, she is greatly missed and in our thoughts with every day that passes. I will love, miss, cherish every memory i have of you until my last breath xx
