Story

Hello and thank you for visiting our JustGiving page.  Some of you may be surprised to hear this but we have decided to enter the Glasgow Half Marathon (our first and probably only run of this kind!) on 5th September.

We are supporting the 'Shine the Light on Aniridia Campaign' for the Moorfields Eye Hospital Development Fund.  Our friend's 3 year old niece Ella suffers from Aniridia, an inherited eye disease that can lead to blindness by affecting several parts of the eye.  We hope to raise as much as we can for a great cause and for a very brave little girl.

If you happen to be in Glasgow on 5th September, please come out and cheer us on.  You may not recognise us as we are likely to be very very red in the face!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Thanks ever so much.
