We are cycling 300 miles in 25 days!

#ChallengeScotland · 26 May 2020
I began working for Leonard Cheshire in Scotland in September where I have been so lucky to witness first-hand the outstanding care and support given to those who need us most.
Leonard Cheshire in Scotland is Scotland’s leading disability charity and social care provider. Through all our work, we seek to empower individuals to live, learn and work as independently as they choose.
We have been working extremely hard, during this difficult time, to ensure that disabled people can stay connected with their friends, family and loved ones as well as their wider communities thanks to the use of remarkable assistive technology.
My lovely husband, Narcis, and myself have decided to take on our own #ChallengeScotland by committing to cycling 300 miles in 25 days to play our part in helping to reduce isolation and lift the spirits of those who benefit from the outstanding work of Leonard Cheshire in Scotland.
Our challenge will begin on the 1st of June (new month, new us!) and will end on the 25th.
Any donations to our page will be truly appreciated and will keep us motivated! In return, we will offer regular updates, a large number of embarrassing pictures of me looking shattered and a huge celebration with our lovely supporters when we can finally meet again!
If you can’t donate, that’s okay. Please consider sharing our page to your loved ones to encourage them to take on their own #ChallengeScotland and help us promote the amazing work of this charity.
Thanks ever so much,
The Plops x
