Every penny makes a difference, this is an illness that lies very close to the heart, with my late grandfather suffering from this terrible illness.

We only know to well what the devastating effects the illness causes and the horrific lost feeling  it can leave families and loved ones in! 

This charity supports many people with the condition  and families effected  all over the uk.
