King’s Lacrosse is participating in Movember this November with some of our members bravely lending their upper lip towards a wonderful cause. This year 17 members of the team have decided to help raise funds for Movember. 

This questionable fashion statement is not without good reason and is instead in support of a wonderful set of initiatives by the Movember Charity to promote mental health support for young men across the country. 

Thank you for your help and we can’t wait to see what we can do. The money raised will go towards working to prevent and treat prostate cancer and drive improvements in care and treatment. It is the most common cancer in men in the UK and currently is hard to treat as it can have very little symptoms. Your donations will go towards funding research and public engagement in the matter - spreading the word and helping us more effectively treat Prostate Cancer and offer care to those with Prostate Cancer.
