Story
The Kingfisher Cup is in loving memory of my father-in-law Michael Wiggins who sadly passed away this April from Alzheimers.
Michael once said that a good golfer could go around a golf course with just two clubs; a 7 iron and a putter and play to their handicap. So with this in mind, I will host an annual 2 club challenge to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimers society.
This event will be held at Wexham Park Golf Club on the 25th of July 2021 from 9:30am. Entry is a minimum of £5 and there is also a penalty of 50p for any hazard entered and a £1 penalty for failing to reach their par for the hole... no pressure. This is all a bit of fun for a good cause, just what Mike would have wanted.
