I am raising awareness for Pulmonary Hypertension (PH). PH is a rare disease and only affects 1-3 people out 1,000,000 every year. Pulmonary hypertension can severely affect a patient’s quality of life, but the condition is not widely understood in the UK and can often be mistaken for high blood pressure.

There is no cure for PH. PHA UK is the only charity in the UK dedicated to people with this rare disease. 

Please help in raising awareness and to support research, in the hope of one day finding a cure.
