Thomas passed away suddenly on 23.10.2014.  Thomas was a hard working, determined and lovable character.  He was a massive part of the SnL Under 11's Team and his smile lit up the football pitch-such a Cheeky Chappie!  Everyone who knew Thomas loved his infection personality and his mischievous sense of humour.  He will be dearly missed by all his loving family, school friends and team mates. 

The family have requested that all the fundraising goes to The British Heart Foundation.
