Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I´ve just got back from nearly nine months away traveling by bicycle in Central America.  I cycled a grand total of 2788 miles, starting in Panama with the organised Macmillan tour, passing through beautiful and very undulating Costa Rica until parting ways with the rest of the Macmillan crew in Granada, Nicaragua and carrying on independently on my suddenly very heavily loaded steed Peggy!
I carrried on north, zipping through Honduras in 2 days, spending nearly 4 months in El Salvador, just over 3 months in Guatemala which took me to the highest point on the Pan American highway at 3100m, a couple of weeks through Belize and a final week nipping to the airport in Mexico.
