My friends Jamie and Stevie suddenly and unexpectedly lost their beautiful baby girl, Lyle, when she was only 22 days old. 

I was heartbroken to hear that Lyle had died.  Her loss has had such a huge impact on so many lives, especially Jamie and her family.  They have had incredible support from SANDS Lothians and Jamie has told me about all the important work they do for other bereaved families.  However, there is limited support for bereaved siblings.

Jamie and her family have set up a fund through SANDS Lothians called Lyle's Light to support bereaved siblings.  Lyle has two Sisters, Alba and big sis Cameron who is 5 years old and struggling with the grief.

I want to support them any way I can and that is why I will happily (or crazy) join Jamie and some pals in running a 10km trail run in JANUARY!!  Rain, snow, hail, slush, mud.....all of the above.  We will be there supporting TeamLyle.
