Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Thanks to your generosity, more local people with life-limiting illness will receive the support they need, when they need it most. We provide support at end of life but the majority of our work focuses on supporting those with life-limiting illnesses who have many more years to live. That support includes symptom control, pain relief, companionship, spiritual support and improving the physical wellbeing of patients
