It has helped me become a strong independent woman, being a survivor of childhood sexual abuse myself, was not easy to speak about, this charity helped me from the age of 17 to be able to speak about my past, joining a ‘young empowered women’ group really helped with my confidence, and feeling like I’m not on my own.
