Story

2022 will mark 10 years since we lost Seán. To mark his anniversary, I have set myself the challenge to do a marathon in memory of him. I haven’t been for a run for a very long time so I feel like I’m completely starting from scratch which for some reason makes me feel quite nervous. It’s going to be challenging physically, mentally and will require a lot of commitment from me (I mean have you ever tried getting me to exercise before or after work!?) but this is something which is very close to my heart and will be worth all those miles and more.

Your money will be helping to support those who have suffered brain injuries and their families.

Thank you for supporting me :)

Feel free to follow me on Instagram if you would like to follow my training journey @kimberleysmarathon I’m also running a few races throughout the year including Leeds Half Marathon and the Great North Run.
