The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Wates Group have entered a team into the Prince’s Trust Million Makers competition for the first time this year.

The Million Makers competition is an entrepreneurial fundraising challenge, which sees talented teams from companies across the country competing to outdo each other, all in the name of charity.

The aim is pretty simple, devise a business plan setting out a 6 month programme of fundraising activities and raise as much cash as possible within this period of time to donate to the Prince's Trust.

The team consists of 10 members hand picked from different functions and geographical regions across the business.

We have set a conservative fundraising of target of £20,000 this year but will no doubt smash this with the help of all of you generous doners out there.
