Myself and my family are taking part in the Walk for Skin on 17th May 2009 at Heaton Park, Manchester and are raising money for the Ichthyosis Support Group.

My 4 year old daughter, Ebony (see picture) suffers from Non-bullous ichthyosiform erythroderma.   This is a rare congenital skin condition, which only affects around 1 in every 300,000 - 400,000 births and there is NO CURE.
