We provide support and deliver awareness to improve quality of life and inclusion

Story

Last year myself and my team entered the 15 k tough mudder in a moment of madness.

We successfully completed the course whilst pushing a team member in her wheelchair. Muddy, cut, bruised and exhausted we had the most challenging and equally thrilling time of our lives.

This year I'm going for it again on a different course and dragging the hubby along. Both equally unfit, just as nervous but eager to see what we can achieve.

So if you want to support us, encourage us, laugh at our failure, please feel free, but also kindly donate to T.I.C. because after all, that is the only real reason any of us would do something so stupid!

We all could do with a huge boost in the form of raising lots of money for T.I.C. T.I.C. supports those who are affected by Tourettes Syndrome and all it entails. For most of our families and individuals the support they receive from the T.I.C. team and its members is life changing. You can find out more about the charity at
