Following the recent, unexpected loss of my Grandma, Roma, I am walking 100 miles in October to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in her memory. 

Anyone who knew my Grandma will know how loving and caring she was, always offering words of encouragement, advice or praise for some achievement. 

She would often text me to tell me to get outside, to get walking and enjoy the fresh air and so I know that she will be there with me every step of the way ❤️
