Susie and I have set up South West Seals for people who like the idea of swimming in cold water!

We decided to stage an Ice Mile Challenge to be carried out in February to raise money for the Starfish Pool Appeal . This appeal has been set up to fund the building of a Hydrotherapy Pool at Claremont School in Redland, Bristol. Not only to help the children who attend the school but for many disabled children in the Bristol Area.
