Run in Darkness & Light for 48 hours straight from 5.30am Thursday May 7th until 5.30am Saturday May 9th to share in our sunrise appeal in aid of Pieta.

Story

Due to current restrictions, Pieta House has had to postpone their Darkness Into Light event this year instead Kilmaley GAA is taking part in the #Run4Pieta which is asking GAA Clubs and it's members to get involved in "Run in Darkness & in Light" on May 7th-9th.

Depression and Suicide are two subjects that are close to the hearts of far too many families and communities in Ireland, so during these tough times we feel it is vitally important that we try to help in whatever way we can.

Adult players within our club will be running in 30 minute consecutive slots from 05:30 am on Friday May 8th until 05:30 am on Saturday May 9th.

With all of this in mind, we hope that completing this challenge may help encourage those to donate whatever they can, no matter the amount it is.

If any member wants to get involved for a 30 minute slot please contact any of our club executive.

At a time when we would love to be training, playing and supporting this is a chance for us to come together as a club for a great cause
