Kev and I are planning to conquer Kilimanjaro to raise a staggering £12,000 for the NSPCC.
At 5,895m / 19,340ft high this is no easy challenge! One of the toughest routes to climb is the Rongai route. This isn’t going to be a pleasure trip as the route is also the least scenic!
To support reaching our target of £12,000, we have arranged the following events to help with training towards the climb in February. They include:
14to 15 September 2013 - Three Peak Challenge
Over a period of 24 hours, Stuart and myself along with work colleagues Andrew Smith, and Stuart Hay will be climbing up:
· Ben Nevis – Scotland
· Scafell Pike – England
· Snowdon – Wales
with Andrew Parker as designated driver.
6 November 2013 - London Cycle Challenge
Cycling around the London premiership football clubs and raising awareness for NSPCC.
TextGiving is easy, just pick up your mobile phone and text 70070 to donate a cheeky fiver (or more!) to show us your support:
· To: 70070
· Text: CLMB70
· Your amount: £5
Please dig deep and a MASSIVE THANK YOU in advance!
Chris and Stuart
