I'm hopefully going to run the Norwich half marathon on the 30th of November in aid of the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation (for more info click on the logo/ google NET Patient Foundation, Living with Carcinoid.) 

As it's such a rare kind of cancer, there's not much money for research into the aetiology and the development of new treatments...hence I'm on yet another fund-raising mission!

Lots of you have very kindly already sponsored me for the GNR only a few months ago so please please don't feel at all obliged- only give if you can and want to.
