Gemma and I will be taking part in this years Challenge ME Triathlon which has been organised by my youngest sister Jenifer and her friends. Jenifer has been a sufferer of M.E. since she was 6 (13 years) so you can see why this cause is close to our hearts.

M.E is a debilitating and disablising disease and affects around 250,000 in the UK. Symptoms can range from extreme exhaustion, muscle and joint pain, sleep disturbance and problems with memory and concentration. Symptoms fluctuate and can vary from mild to severe. There is currently no cure and little treatment. Action for M.E provides invaluable support and information for sufferers and their carers.
