Story
We are 16 girls from Kingston Grammar School, in Kingston Upon-Thames, who make up our U15A hockey team. We are all very passionate about sport and wanted to turn this love into something constructive during these difficult times. Therefore as a team, we would like to raise money for those caring for Covid-19 patients on the front line. Our goal is to collectively run the distance from ‘KGS to Inverness’ and back, around 2000km. We hope that every step we take will help us achieve our target of £4,000 for the NHS.
On April 16th, we set off from Kingston Grammar School, and in our winning team style, we will have completed the distance by Friday 15th May. As we embark on our challenge, our thoughts will be with all those affected by the Coronavirus. We hugely admire the work and resilience of our NHS during this unprecedented time, and would love to do our bit in thanking them. Therefore we are asking you to kindly donate to our fundraising as we take on this challenge.
We love you our NHS ❤️
