My (not so) little (41 year old) sister Nicola has received support from Sheffield Mencap & Gateway for many years now. And she has asked me to do something to help support them for their 'Sponsor me 70' event this year.

Those who know me, know I am unfit, overweight and really don't like exercise! But I have decided to do the below challenge that I would love you to sponsor me for!

My challenge!! To average 15000 steps per day for April 2021 - Starting today 5th April. This means I will be walking 70km per week.

Time to get off my bum and start using my treadmill while watching tv! 🚶‍♀️ Must add I currently average between 30k and 50k steps per week! So going to be doing more than double or even triple my current activity 🤦‍♀️
