Gav and I always talked about completing the coast to coast together, as it was something I had always wanted to do after seeing him complete it and feeling so massively proud! So to do this on his birthday and in his memory seems really apt. Plus I have support of my close friends; Victoria Bell, Lyndsey Vance and Andy Strong, who will be there to complete it with me! We will be completing the 140 miles over 2 days, starting at Whitehaven on 15th July and finishing at Tynemouth on Gav's birthday 16th July!! If your able to donate any amount this would be hugely appreciated. I've had my eyes really opened in respect of how much the butterwick charity does and how close it has been to closing its services due to lack of funding.
