Its that time again to dust off the trainers, look down and think i should have started training ages ago . The good news this year is I have nt played footy against the youngsters the bad news is i have bought a bike to get fit and I think I need stablisers, fell off at my age !!!

Why I am doing this ?  Simple really, this thing called cancer needs to be stopped . It robbed me , Alex and Georgia and the world of a beautiful lady who was funny and caring
