Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My name is Kevin Rudge and I live in Solihull. My father spent the last
year of his life at the Royal Star & Garter Home in Solihull in
2013, where he received the most fantastic care. Not only was my father well looked after but the staff were also amazing to us all as a
family, extremely supportive and understanding.

My mother in law is currently living at the RS & G and again is
receiving the best care anyone could ever imagine. The residents are
treated with respect, love and dignity by these dedicated people.

I wanted to give something back to this wonderful home and as it is the
charities' Centenary year, I have decided to donate 100 hours of my
time. I am offering to work for 10 hours, for £10 an hour, for 10
businesses, with a target of raising £1000.

My whole working career was spent with BT where I experienced climbing poles, working down man holes, climbing the BT tower, working in a telephone exchange and as Project Manager in charge of a team, working on Global Projects, so my skills are diverse.
I'm really looking forward to this challenge and raising money for the RS
& G in its centenary year. Please help me reach my £1000 target :)
