I will be running a 100km (62 mile) off road ultra-marathon with an aim to complete it in 12 to 14 hours. This requires a lot of training and I'd love to turn my efforts into a positive reward for the End of Life Care Team at Salisbury District Hospital, so they can continue to provide those extra little touches that can make all the difference to patients and their families.
