Rainbows is a great charity supporting the needs of children and young people across the East Midlands ; young people who are affected by life limiting and life threating conditions.

After running several half marathons I decided this was the one to do for charity. Promptly, training seems to have gone to pot with the bar more appealing that the pavement. Additionally, the gym has turned into a dangerous place with treadmill disasters leading to cut knees. However, with a month to go I am confident of doing a good time for the 26.2k race. All I need now is support for this great cause.
