Fundraising for Care for Veterans
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Some of you may already know that I’m a dab hand at writing poems ,rhymes and limericks etc etc.
So I thought I’d put my talent to good use and raise money for a charitable cause.
So why “Care for Veterans”.The reason is that at their Queen Alexandra Hospital in Worthing, one of the many patients they care for is my Brother-in-law Robert Podsiadly. He , along with others, due to his Multiple Sclerosis, resides there and receives round the clock 24 hr care.
Therefore, as a way of supporting the work that they do, I'm offering to write a poem, verse or little rhyme for you to send to your loved one. For this all that I ask is a donation be made to the charity.
If you would like to support this cause all that I ask is that you email me with details of :-
a) to whom the verse is to be for
b) any details you would like in the verse such as names, memorable moments, places ,nicknames etc
c) style of the verse i.e romantic, funny, saucy, serious or any other format.

Alternately come and see me , or if you know my mobile number or personal/work email address and prefer that method please feel free to do so.
Once I've received your request I'll compile something for you. I'll then send it back to you for confirmation that it is suitable and you're happy with it.
Then once completed all I ask at this point is for a donation to my chosen charity.
Please note that it will only be a verse I will provide you with. You will need to obtain your own card if sending by that method.
I don't have a set target .Only the intention of raising whatever can be afforded for a worthy cause. I appreciate that it's the beginning of the year and money is tight but appeal to you to make both your loved ones happy as well as giving money to a good cause.
I look forward to hearing from you with your requests. As some of you will know about my own current issues, this will do my brain the world of good!!!!
