I'm taking part in a fundraising campaign, a collaboration with Fearne Cotton & The Prince's Trust - The Great Create, proudly supported by STAEDTLER, to support the mental wellbeing of young people in the UK. Research has shown that getting creative can boost mental wellbeing. Through making things together, we can give each other the time and space to talk, laugh and share whats on our minds. All of which is made easier when you've got a creative activity to get stuck into. I'm hosting a Great Create party so we can enjoy the benefits of spending time being creative together and helping your own wellbeing while also raising funds to help the wellbeing of young people. With your support, we will be able to give more young people all over the UK the help they need to move forward with their lives.
