As some of you know I volunteer with Radio Odstock which is based at Salisbury District Hospital and Dave and his team of the Stars Appeal have another exciting campaign going on to raise funds for a second CT scanner which would benefit the hospital and cut down waiting times incredibly. On Thursday 5th April, via my Vinyl Breakfast Show, I launched my challenge which is to get better at singing Hand on Your Heart by Kylie Minogue over the next few months with local coach Kim G. If you missed the show you can listen again to my awful [at the moment] singing via my mixcloud page kevlawrenceradio or Radio Odstock's mixcloud page. I am also launching it today [7th April] at about 12.20pm on my other voluntary station www.castledonwfm.com The idea is that to make my voice better people kindly donate whatever they can spare and of course all monies will go straight towards the Stars Appeal. On Thursday 31st May between 7am and 9am I will perform the track again on Radio Odstock and hopefully it will have improved but remember it's all for fun and for a great local hospital charity...lol... :):) Cheers to Just Giving and to you for reading this. :):)
