Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Our special friend and colleague Val Marshall recently lost her brave battle with pancreatic cancer. This type of cancer which too often creeps up unnoticed has not received the same exposure as breast cancer or prostate cancer and research has shown that over 80 percent of adults do not know where the pancreas is located or what it's function is. By raising money in Val's memory we hope to help raise awareness of this disease and hopefully help improve survival rates. Val will always be remembered as a vibrant person who added colour to life and she will be missed so much by everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
