Fundraising for Back Up
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My day job for the last 6 years has been as a Clinical Psychologist at the National Spinal Injuries Centre, Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. I support children and adults affected by spinal cord injuries. A spinal cord injury (SCI) is a devastating injury that has life changing consequences. Despite this I am frequently humbled in seeing people face up to such extraordinary adversity with determination and resilience.
The Back Up Trust are an inspiring charity who I work with and for whom I have a huge amount of time for. I regularly see the difference they make to people affected by SCI and their families. They show what is possible and provide practical and emotional support when it is most needed. They can only continue doing this with your support.
Please help me achieve my fundraising target and beyond (!), every penny raised for Back Up will make a huge difference to the lives of families affected by SCI.
