As most people will know my body is in a worse state than a clapped out banger. I've had 3 knee operations and a prolapsed disc in November, add to this I'm turning 50 in July! Ive got less than 3 month to get fit....
Please help me raise enough money to take part.
The bike ride raises money for Lessons for Life whose mission is to break the poverty cycle for young people in Africa by offering educational opportunities. Education helps children on a path to better paid work and financial independence and helps establish an environment of safety and hope.
It takes place from Tuesday 20 to Thursday 22 June 2017 in Cologne, Germany.
